Phillips Business Consulting provides consulting services to private organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies about accounting, payroll, and accounting information systems. Our company is a Florida State Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) based in Delray Beach, Florida and serves clients all over the United States.
Before the pandemic, we offered our services to businesses on site. However, now, we connect our clients to resources that lead to community partnerships in education and training in the field of accounting, financial reporting, and management through an apprenticeship model.

To provide the best structured, certified and career enabling apprenticeships in full application of the National Apprenticeship Act.

Be the leading Florida based platform for underprivileged candidates to part time or full time employment through best in class, accredited and certified apprenticeship programs.
Objectives
- Identify strategies and proposals to promote apprenticeships, especially in sectors where apprenticeship programs are insufficient such as Accounting, Operations & General Management, Information Technology, and Telecommunications
- Create a support community among candidates, apprentices, alumni and companies to support training and development in Florida
- Create successful pathways for underprivileged candidates to part time and full time employment
